Rich Eva, Ph.D.
I help practical people think philosophically
I am the Director of the Character Forward Initiative and a Research Scholar at Duke University. I earned my PhD in philosophy at Baylor University, specializing in ethics and political philosophy. I did my undergraduate work at Princeton University. Between Princeton and Baylor, I was an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Bank in New York City where I negotiated securitization contracts. My experience as an all-conference wrestler at Princeton cultivated my interests in virtue ethics and leadership.
